2000 ALL-STAR SQUADS NAMED

All-Star Game, Saturday, November 4th, Minico High, Paul, Idaho

Game time: 1:30 p.m. Players Report: 11:00 a.m.

The following all-star roster is the roster of players that are to be officially invited to participate in the RMFL's third annual event. Coaches will be expected to start the players garnering starting votes and play (barring injury) a minimum of two quarters... through the course of the game (need not be the complete first two. Non-starter players (barring injury) shall play a minimum of a quarter and a half. "Stand-by Alternates" will be contacted to join the team within the next week, IF a player from their position is unable to attend the game. Please consult all-star vote count for "next-in-line" player in the event two players from a position are unable to play. Players elected to two positions should expect to start at any position they were elected to be a starter at, however, will primarily play their most "prominent" position as played on their current team. Playing time will be at coaches discretion.

NORTH ALL-STARS:

OFFENSE

* - Starter; -p - may play other position on All-Star team.

Stand-by alternates: QB-Shane Jurasek (Great Falls), RB-Russell Davis (Great Falls), WR-Roudy Keller (Idaho Falls), OL-Shawn Stringer (Billings), PK-Jared Neumeier-p (Idaho Falls).

DEFENSE

* - starter; ** - starter depending on defensive formation; *** - Powell starts on offense and defense thus will have limited time as defensive player. Weingarten should get significant time -p - may play another position on all-star team.

Stand-by alternates: DL-Frank Cannon (Bozeman), LB-Mike Rosa (Bozeman), DB-Tobee Christiansen (Idaho Falls).

Coaches: Jared Neumeier (Idaho Falls), Rob Baker* (Bozeman)
* - Replaces John Autry under league suspension for game ejection


SOUTH TEAM:

OFFENSE

* - starter; ***Micheal Thomas starts defense and offense, would see limited action on offense, Perkins draws more offensive action, however , is also a defensive starter and will have some defensive action -p - may play another position on all-star team

Stand-by alternates: QB-Dustin Vandermeer (Boise), RB (or if any of the WR can't go)-O'Dell Williams (Treasure Valley), WR-JR. Hale (Mini-Cassia), OL-Lary Haney (Boise), PK-Jim Slocum (Boise).

DEFENSE

Coaches: David Parker (Wasatch), Chuck Hudson (Boise)

* - starter; ** - starter depending on defensive formation; *** - Perkins is also an offensive starter and will play less defense, Summers to play most of defensive plays -p - may play another position on all-star team

Stand-by Alternates: DL-Troy Christensen (Mini-Cassia), LB-Suka Ahio (Wasatch), DB-Sam Florez (Treasure Valley).
