MORELAND - The Snake River "runnin" Rebels continued to live up to their name, racking up another 300+ yard game rushing utilizing 8 different running backs to gain 306 yards on the ground en route to a 52-0 drubbing of the Boise Roughriders. The Rebel defense was perhaps on the most, lead by Chris Furio (6 tackles, 2 sacks), Jake Phippen (5 tackles, 2 interceptions) and Jeb Harrison (2 tackles, 1 sack, 1 interception) in shutting down a potent Roughrider passing attack. The Roughriders did receive a strong effort from Craig Myers (6 tackles), Terance King (5.5 tackles, 1 sack) and Casey Wittenborn (5 tackles, 2 sacks). The Rebels (5-2) finish the season Saturday at the Helena Titans (3-3) while the Roughriders start with the Fort Hall Cobras (0-6) and finish at home against the Idaho Falls Mustangs (5-2).
