UTAH SHARKS 18 MINI-CASSIA 6

The Utah Sharks recovered from a 6-0 deficit midway through the second quarter to put up three unanswered touchdowns in the second, third and fourth quarter to put away the reeling Mini-Cassia Bulldawgs for their first ever victory 18-6. Utah Quarterback, Nate Dunn, had a big day completing 9 of 16 for 96 yards and two touchdowns, throwing in 25-30 MPH winds as the Sharks took advantage of two key losses for the 'Dawgs. Bulldawg quarterback, Mike Manning missed the game because of a stomach ailment and also missing was perrenial line- backer, Mario Labra. Lonnie Edwards shone brightly for the home Bulldawgs, scoring the first touchdown on an electrifying 49-yard run and catching the only two passes to go with 126 yards rushing.
