GREAT FALLS RANGERS 47  TREASURE VALLEY 0

The Great Falls Rangers continued make a statement.  This time at the expense of the traveling Treasure Valley Cowboys 47-0.  In a game between "Cowboys" and "Rangers", it was all Rangers at home as Anthony Barnes had 192 all-purpose yards (102 receiving, 90 rushing) and Shane Jurasek threw two touchdown passes and scored one as the Rangers cruised to victory.  The Ranger defense dominated lead by another big game from safety, James Cantrel (9 tackles, 1 interception) and the first score of the game, a 20-yard interception return by Kenny Rucker.  The Rangers (6-3) finish the season against the sliding Billings Warriors (0-9) and a win gives them the North division title and a first round bye. A win and an Idaho Falls loss gives the Rangers a #2 seed and home field advantage against any team in the playoffs except the #1 seeded Wasatch Wildcats.  The Cowboys (3-6) now must win their final game against the Boise Cardinals (6-3) and hope for a Rocky Mountain Cobra loss to make it into the playoffs.
