The station has a toll free call in number and will take live calls and interviews from around the RMFL regarding issues from the previous weeks games to… particularly this next week, the upcoming playoff matchups as well as any other issues regarding the RMFL. The talk show is very much like the RMFL message board, only you can listen and respond to fellow players around the league.
According to RMFL Commissioner, Jared Neumeier, “I think we are seeing the ‘tip of the iceberg’ as far as where this league and technology will be going as we head further into the 21st century. It may not be long before many other teams have a local web based, sports coverage affiliate broadcasting games live on the computer. What will really help… is a lot of our players watching THIS game.”
Neumeier also mentioned that the Missoula Phoenix, through their web site, usually run a live running blog as their games progress that describe the action.
“You could be home watching the Mustangs versus Predators game on Friday night, all the while opening up another internet tab and keeping track of the goings on in the Bitterroot valley as perhaps the fiercest current rivalry unfolds as the Phoenix vie for a top spot in the playoffs,” Neumeier added, “It’s going to be a great night for RMFL football!”
EISN owner, Bruce Herker, who will also be in the broadcast booth with former Madison Lionz head coach, Rick Hilder, and current Lionz linebacker, Josh Huntsman, said that the station will be looking at televising a couple of area playoff games as well…
