RMFL ANNOUNCES 2006 ALL-STAR GAME TO BE HELD AT BEAR RIVER HIGH SCHOOL IN GARLAND, UTAH

RMFL – The Rocky Mountain Football League is pleased to announce that the 2006 RMFL All-Star Game will be played at Bear River High School, located near the junction of Interstate 15 and Interstate 84 in Garland, Utah.

RMFL Commissioner, Jared Neumeier, had asked the Northern Utah GM’s to submit proposals, if they wished, to host the game and provide options for the final Managing Board meeting to be held earlier in the day.

“Although, any of the locations would have been great,” RMFL Commissioner, Jared Neumeier stated, “Bear River was really the location that ‘had it all’.  Bear River has a really great field, they even have hash marks for every yard on the field, they have very nearby locker rooms, a location for the meeting and an excellent location for the halftime award presentations.”

Neumeier said that the admission price was also an important aspect for the host of the game. “We don’t want this to be too expensive for the friends, family and fellow players to go to and have a good time,” Neumeier explained.  Bear River plans on charging adults either $4 or $5, teens $2 and children would be free.

The School will also do a concession for the game.

The RMFL League meeting will be held at a classroom in the school.

The game will begin at 6:15 p.m. with players required to report by 2:30 p.m.

More details will be released in the upcoming weeks.
