POCATELLO 36 MAGIC VALLEY 12

LOCATION -Travis Boden rushed for 134 yards and 3 touchdowns as the Pocatello Predators downed the Magic Valley Bulldawgs 36-12 to square their record at 1-1 in RMFL play.

3-time RMFL Offensive MVP, Brock Gunter also had a big day, catching 5 passes for 99 yards and a score and Marc "Boxer" Anthony added another 65 yards rushing to Boden's for a game total of 200 rushing yards for the Predators on the day. The Predator offensive line played very big in protecting Predator quarterback, Jeff Belnap (9-20-1-147-1) for no sacks on the day and providing plenty of running room for Boden and Anthony.

The Predator defense was lead by Trent Sutton (8 tackles), T.J. Bingham (7.5 tackles) and Jason Gordan (2 sacks) in holding the high-powered Bulldawg offense to 2 scores on the evening.

Bulldawg quarterback, Mike Manning had another solid, however frustrating evening, completing 16 of 42 passes, however, for 247 big yards as many Manning passes were dropped. Long-time and original Bulldawg receiver, Robert Carrick returned to all-star form, however, for the Bulldawgs, catching 4 of Manning's bombs for 117 yards and the lone two Bulldawg scores.

The Bulldawg defense did get fine play from Rick May (8 tackles) and Eric Harper (8 tackles) in a losing effort.
